There will be five deliverables in this project. They are listed as follows: 1. A software development kit (SDK) for neighbor network setup, group formation and management, high volume data broadcasts, etc. (15 months); 2. A lesson plan creation tool integrated with the Learning Management System for teachers to design mobile collaborative e-Learning lesson plans and activities (4 months) 3. Classroom applications (12 months): + in Android - classroom management client, group formation application, object identification modules (QR-code, RFID), etc. + in Windows - classroom management server. 4. Trials of collaborative learning practice in partner schools (9 months). 5. Patent filing (3 months)

来到2011年，香港教育局(EDB)将会开展学校电子学习先导计划。该项计划是以互动学习及「以学生为中心」的学习为首要重点，期望透过电子学习实现本地学校的教育变革。为了实现这些目标，当务之急是教育局和参与试验计划的学校得到应科院的全力支援。 在这个项目中，应科院将研发移动协作电子学习的相关技术并将这些技术应用在教育领域上。应科院的目标是当电子学习设备放在附近的时候，使用者能够作互动和协作学习。其中，将实物配对识别为数码资讯，管理邻近设备的网络活动以及移动学习的课程设计工具皆为此目标必要的核心技术。 这项目将会在教育改革方面产生深远的影响。它方便更多的老师将移动协作学习纳入在课程内。它能减少安装成本及课程设计所花费的精力，因而鼓励更多的学校采纳这种学习模式，并帮助他们实现教育局先导计划的目标。最後但也很重要的一点，应科院还期望该项目能提升其在电子学习解决方案市场的领导地位。
