There will be five deliverables in this project. They are listed as follows: 1. A software development kit (SDK) for neighbor network setup, group formation and management, high volume data broadcasts, etc. (15 months); 2. A lesson plan creation tool integrated with the Learning Management System for teachers to design mobile collaborative e-Learning lesson plans and activities (4 months) 3. Classroom applications (12 months): + in Android - classroom management client, group formation application, object identification modules (QR-code, RFID), etc. + in Windows - classroom management server. 4. Trials of collaborative learning practice in partner schools (9 months). 5. Patent filing (3 months)

來到2011年，香港教育局(EDB)將會開展學校電子學習先導計劃。該項計劃是以互動學習及「以學生為中心」的學習為首要重點，期望透過電子學習實現本地學校的教育變革。為了實現這些目標，當務之急是教育局和參與試驗計劃的學校得到應科院的全力支援。 在這個項目中，應科院將研發移動協作電子學習的相關技術並將這些技術應用在教育領域上。應科院的目標是當電子學習設備放在附近的時候，使用者能夠作互動和協作學習。其中，將實物配對識別為數碼資訊，管理鄰近設備的網絡活動以及移動學習的課程設計工具皆為此目標必要的核心技術。 這項目將會在教育改革方面產生深遠的影響。它方便更多的老師將移動協作學習納入在課程內。它能減少安裝成本及課程設計所花費的精力，因而鼓勵更多的學校採納這種學習模式，並幫助他們實現教育局先導計劃的目標。最後但也很重要的一點，應科院還期望該項目能提升其在電子學習解決方案市場的領導地位。
